It goes well with lean proteins like fish, chicken breast or pork tenderloin OR maybe you just want a quick and healthy snack and you eat it with tortilla chips… who am I to judge?! I grilled Mahi Mahi, served it on a bed of lettuce and added a ton of this tropical love on top 💛Oh! and tostones, lots of tostones! ’cause that’s my business! 🙃
Mango & Avocado Salsa
INGREDIENTS:
1 Mango, peeled and cut into small cubes
1 Avocado, cut into small cubes
1 Tomato, seeds removed and diced
½ red onion, diced
1 lemon, juice
Cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeno, sliced (optional)
Salt
Fresh ground pepper
Olive oil
PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Mix well and serve with your favorite lean protein: fish, chicken or pork. You can enjoy with chips as well for a delicious snack! #onehungrychica
