Grilled Peaches with Burrata & Prosciutto

Feeling Peachy this Summer? ME TOO! 🍑 Here’s a delicious Summer dish made with grilled peaches, creamy burrata cheese, prosciutto, and grilled bread. All of this goodness served on a bed of arugula.. it’s basically a salad! 😉


2- 3 peaches, firm ⁠

2 tbsp raw honey or brown sugar ⁠

2 tsp ground cinnamon ⁠

Salt ⁠

Fresh ground pepper⁠

Olive oil ⁠

Prosciutto, slices⁠

Baby Arugula⁠

Burrata, any amount your heart desires ⁠

Bread, any bread will do as long as it’s not too soft⁠


1️⃣ Wash the peaches, dry them well with the help of a paper towel. Cut them in half, remove the pit and cut in eights. ⁠

2️⃣ Place them on a plate and gently coat with honey, cinnamon, salt, pepper and olive oil. ⁠

3️⃣ Grill the peaches for 1-3 minutes on each side, depending on how hot the grill is. ⁠

4️⃣ Cut bread into thick slices, drizzle olive oil on both sides and season with salt and pepper. Grill each slice on both sides for 20-30 seconds on each side. Keep an eye on these! ⁠

5️⃣ On a large platter, plate a bed of baby arugula, top with slices of prosciutto, grilled peaches and burrata. Season the cheese with salt, black pepper and drizzle olive oil on the burrata and arugula. Serve it with the grilled bread and ENJOY!⁠
