Hot Honey Lemon Pepper, Garlic & Parm Chicken Wings.

#BarFood If we can’t go to the bar, let the bar come to us! Hot Honey Lemon Pepper, Garlic & Parm Chicken Wings. For this recipe I’m not including exact measurements of ingredients, but don’t worry! Imma hold your hand through the process 😋

1️⃣ In a bowl, mix wings with lemon pepper (don’t be shy), minced garlic, salt, pepper and a little olive oil. Make sure the wings are nicely rubbed with all the ingredients. Place them flat on a baking sheet lined up with parchment paper. Put in oven at 350F for 30 minutes.

2️⃣ Take the tray out of the oven and pour those juices, resting at the bottom of the tray, in a small bowl. Mix that chicken juice (LOL) with LOTS of Mike’s hot honey or honey & cayenne pepper. Go back to your wings and brush this sauce all over them, flip them over and put them back in the oven for another 15-20 minutes.

3️⃣ Serve wings on a plate, garnish with red pepper flakes, scallions and grate a little Parmesan on top. ENJOY!
