Ingredients

  • almojabanas (pan de bonos)⁠
  • /cups of milk⁠
  • /cup condensed milk⁠
  • cup guava paste, cubed.⁠
  • tsp vanilla extract⁠
  • Vanilla ice cream for serving (optional, but think about it)⁠

Directions

  1. In a bowl mix milk, condensed milk and vanilla extract. Cube the almojabanas, add them to the mix, cover with plastic wrap and leave in fridge overnight. ⁠
  2. Preheat oven at 00F. Butter a baking dish and pour in half of the mix and add half of the cubed guava, dispersed throughout. Add the rest of the mix and guava. ⁠
  3. Set the oven at 00F and immediately put the baking dish in oven. Bake for 0 minutes. You can check if done by using a butter knife, if you poke the pudding and knife comes out clean, it’s done! Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of condensed milk, cuz we
